Ancestrale Muskat is a natural sparkling wine created from hand-picked Muscat Ottonel grapes from our own vineyards near Pomorie, just a few kilometers from the Black Sea coast. Combining modern winemaking techniques with authentic Bulgarian viticulture traditions, this elegant sparkling wine captures the freshness and aromatic richness characteristic of the Pomorie wine region.

Bottled at the end of alcoholic fermentation, the naturally released carbon dioxide remains in the bottle, creating delicate natural bubbles and a lively sparkling character. Sealed with a traditional crown cap, the wine retains its freshness, purity and authentic expression.

The wine reveals a clear sparkling appearance and a rich floral aromatic profile with subtle citrus notes, white flowers and fresh fruit nuances. On the palate it is balanced, fresh and refreshing, with a gentle natural sparkle, lively acidity and a clean, long-lasting aftertaste. Produced without added sulfites and with natural lees from wine yeast, this natural sparkling wine reflects the philosophy of minimal intervention in winemaking and the true character of the Muscat Ottonel grape.
