The wine is produced from hand-picked Chardonnay grapes from the second selection. The vineyards are located 1 to 3 kilometers from the winery, in the land of Pomorie.
The temperate continental climate with characteristic air currents from and towards the sea, accompanied by high humidity during the grape harvest, favors the cultivation of this variety.
The wine has a golden yellow color with pale green hues. Captivating aroma of ripe summer fruits, peach, white cherry, honey and herbs. Perfect harmony between full body, gentle acidity and a finish of fine oak notes and a memorable aftertaste.
