The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Dimyat and Grenache Blanc varieties, grown in our own vineyards, located in the land of the town of Pomorie, just 2–4 kilometers from the winery.
The temperate continental climate, influenced by the characteristic air currents from and to the sea and accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, creates favorable conditions for the cultivation of these grape varieties.
Characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Grassy aroma, complemented by notes of pear, lemon peel and toast. Medium body with a slight mineral character, finishing with a pleasant freshness. A true summer favorite.
