Created from hand-picked, fully ripe Cabernet Franc grapes from our own vineyards near Pomorie, just a few kilometers from the winery, this wine reflects both the character of the coastal terroir and the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking. The vineyards benefit from a unique climate influenced by the nearby sea, which creates ideal conditions for growing grapes with exceptional depth, balance and aromatic intensity.
Produced using modern winemaking techniques combined with established craftsmanship, the wine is distinguished by a deep, rich dark ruby-red color and an impressively expressive aromatic profile. Layers of ripe black fruits such as blackberry and blueberry are beautifully complemented by notes of dried leaves, figs and delicate spicy accents of black pepper and cinnamon, which add warmth and complexity to the bouquet.
On the palate, the wine is juicy, full-bodied and remarkably well-balanced, with a velvety texture, rich fruit concentration and elegant structure. The aftertaste is long, soft and memorable, making it an excellent partner for roasted meats, aged cheeses and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
