The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Chardonnay and Viognier varieties, grown in our own vineyards, located in the town of Pomorie, just 2–4 kilometers from the winery.
The temperate continental climate, influenced by the characteristic air currents from and to the sea and accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, creates favorable conditions for the cultivation of these grape varieties.
Characteristics: Pale yellow color with greenish hues. Extremely elegant and well-balanced blend. Aromatic notes of peach, acacia, pineapple and mandarin. Good body, refined freshness and a slightly salty aftertaste.
