The wine is produced from hand-picked, ripe grapes from the second harvest of the Sauvignon Blanc variety from our own vineyards, located in the lands of the villages of Kamenar and Pomorie, 4 kilometers from the winery.
A temperate climate with characteristic air currents from and towards the sea, accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, which favors the cultivation of white grape varieties.
Attractive color with a slight greenish tint. Delicate aroma with fruity notes - lychee, grass, herbs and a pronounced freshness that gradually reveals itself in the glass. Soft taste with fine and juicy acids and good balance - ending with a long and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.
