The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened Pinot Noir grapes, grown in our own vineyards, located in the town of Pomorie, just 3 kilometers from the winery.
The production process combines the most modern technologies with the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Characteristics: Ruby red color with light brick red hues. Rich aroma of red fruits - cherries, cherry stones and natural chocolate. Pleasant sweetness and soft tannins create a harmonious and well-balanced profile, enriched by aging in American and French oak barrels and 9 months of bottle aging. The wine shows good aging potential.
