The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Syrah variety, grown in our own vineyards, located in the land of the town of Pomorie, just 2–3 kilometers from the winery.
The production process combines the most modern technologies with the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Characteristics: Deep red color with violet hues. The aroma is intense, rich and captivating, with notes of dried fruit, tobacco, meat, confit and dark chocolate. The taste is well balanced - pleasant sweetness and soft tannins create warmth and a long aftertaste.
