The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Cabernet Franc variety, grown in our own vineyards located in the town of Pomorie, just 1–3 kilometers from the winery.
The production process combines the most modern technologies with the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Characteristics: Deep dark red color. The aroma is powerful, deep and extremely rich - ripe black fruits (blackberry, blueberry) are complemented by dried plums, and spicy notes (black pepper, vanilla) add additional complexity and charm. The body is juicy, dense and well-structured.
