The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Syrah variety, grown in our own vineyards, located in the land of the town of Pomorie, just 2–3 kilometers from the winery.
The production process combines the most modern technologies with the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Characteristics: Warm red color with brick red hues. Intensely expressed fruity aromas of sour cherry, ripe cherry and blackcurrant, complemented by notes of coffee and dark chocolate. Medium-bodied with good density and concentration, soft and well-balanced, with velvety tannins and pleasant sweetness.
