The wine is produced from hand-picked, ripe grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot varieties from our own vineyards, located in the land of Pomorie, 2–3 kilometers from the winery.
The production uses modern technologies, combined with the good traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Deep, sparkling color with a purple hue. Spicy, attractive aroma with earthy notes of red berries and spices. Rounded taste with fresh red fruits, delicate oak, leather and musk. Harmonious and long aftertaste.
The wine shows potential for aging. It is best consumed after one, even two years of aging.
