The wine is produced from hand-picked, ripe grapes from the second harvest of the Chardonnay variety from our own vineyards, located in the Pomorie region, 1–3 kilometers from the winery.
A temperate climate with characteristic air currents from and towards the sea, accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, favors the cultivation of this grape variety.
The wine has a golden yellow color with rich light green playful hues.
The aroma is delicate and fresh, with pleasant notes of peach and honey, which also unfold in the taste. The taste is distinguished by a pronounced freshness, elegant density and finesse.
