The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the “Syrah” variety, grown in our own vineyards located in the land of the town of Pomorie, just 2–3 kilometers from the winery.
The production process combines the most modern technologies with the rich traditions of Bulgarian winemaking.
Characteristics: Deep red color with violet hues. The aroma is intense, warm, rich, and captivating, with notes of dried fruits, leaves, confit, and dark chocolate. On the palate, a pleasant sweetness is combined with velvety, soft tannins. The finish is long-lasting.
