In 2013, 30 ha of the existing vineyards were restructured with new more attractive varieties – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, Pinot Noir and Syrah.
Five years later, in 2018, another 30 ha of the extremely favorable terroir were restructured by planting with Dimyat, Grenache Blanc, Petit Manseng, Viognier, Rusan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Primitivo, Tempranillo and Malbec.
Climatic conditions – temperate continental climate with characteristic currents from and to the sea, accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, which favors the cultivation of grapes.
