The wine is produced from hand-picked, well-ripened grapes of the Dimyat and Grenache Blanc varieties, grown in our own vineyards, located in the land of the town of Pomorie, just 2–4 kilometers from the winery.

The temperate continental climate, influenced by the characteristic air currents from and to the sea and accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, creates favorable conditions for the cultivation of these grape varieties.

Characteristics: Straw yellow color with greenish hues. Grassy aroma, complemented by notes of pear, lemon peel and toast. Medium body with a slight mineral character, finishing with a pleasant freshness. A true summer favorite.

TOHUN Sauvignon Blanc

The wine is produced from hand-picked, ripe grapes from the second harvest of the Sauvignon Blanc variety from our own vineyards, located in the land of Pomorie, 3 kilometers from the winery.

A temperate climate with characteristic air currents from and towards the sea, accompanied by high atmospheric humidity during the grape harvest, which favors the cultivation of white grape varieties.

Attractive color with a slight greenish tint. Delicate but rich aroma with notes of citrus fruits and herbs, with a pronounced freshness that gradually reveals itself in the glass. Soft and pleasant taste, with fine and juicy acids and very good balance - ending with a long and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

GREUS Sauvignon Blanc

Attractive color with a slight greenish tint. Delicate aroma with fruity notes - lychee, grass, herbs and a pronounced freshness that gradually reveals itself in the glass. Soft taste with fine and juicy acids and good balance - ending with a long and pleasant, lingering aftertaste.

The wine has a golden yellow color with rich light green playful hues.

The aroma is delicate and fresh, with pleasant notes of peach and honey, which also unfold in the taste. The taste is distinguished by a pronounced freshness, elegant density and finesse.

TOHUN Chardonnay Barrigue

The wine has a golden yellow color with pale green hues. Captivating aroma of ripe summer fruits, peach, white cherry, honey and herbs. Perfect harmony between full body, gentle acidity and a finish of fine oak notes and a memorable aftertaste.
